2010 F10 Vibration
Hello everyone, my f10 520d has about 270.000km; about 10.000km ago a vibration started occuring from the center console, seems to be from the A/C.
I tried to figure out what could it be but nothing. It is louder when the engine's cold, when it becomes hotter the vibration is harder to hear. |

Vibrations are something you feel.
Does the vibration happen only while stopped. Or does it happen while moving? Does it change as you speed up or down? If its the a/c turn off the a/c and see if it goes away. The compressors on these cars do get noisy as they age and get near failure. |

Open and close the cup holder cover a few times, I know it sounds insane, but I was getting this annoying sound/vibration from that area and couldn’t figure it out for a couple of first drives.
