Armrest Power Outlet Fuse
I don't now why this is so hard to figure out, but I can't find the fuse map in the manual so I can't tell which fuse I need to replace.
The power outlet in the armrest stop working and something tells me it's not the fuse, but I want to rule it out before I take it to the dealer. I found this, but can't tell from icons what's what. |

Hi experts,
I have a F11 from 2011 and the 12v cigarette adapter in my armwrest does not work anymore, also the 12v socket under the dashboard in the passenger side does not work. The socket in the front centre, below the radio, this one does work and also the socket between the back seats work fine. I removed the entire centre console and it seems all cables are connected correctly and firmly below the armwrest. I moved all the cables and there does not seem to be a cable fracture. I checked some of the fuses but they all seem oke. Anyone any ideas or suggestions? Can someone tell me which fusie is for which 12v socket? So I can narrow my search? Thanx Last edited by N0m0r3; 08-14-2018 at 11:53 AM.. Reason: added fuse layout |

I'd look at fuses F10, F11, F18 based on the wiring diagram below. This is for a 2011 F11, 528i:

If you type "BMW f10 cigarette fuse replacement " there is a detailed video showing you how to replace this fuse. I'm having a hard time pasting the link.

Hello Guys,
I know this is old thread, but this is related to fuses hence checking here. Master window switch which is on driver side which controls all other windows is not working, i had tinted my glasses and it seems water went into the switch and stopped working, can someone please confirm whether it could be a blown fuse or water had damaged the switch. Apart from that switch all other functions are working fine. Switch with a little green led on it is not working. Any help would be much appreciated. |
