Just saved me a few notes for my rear disc and pad replacements. (Brembo at less than £200, very good price

). Don't need them immediately, but will have them ready for when I need to replace in a few months.

The brembo discs are very similar to the OEM 2 piece ones

In terms of pads - stick to textar. They were identical to the 'genuine' BMW stamped ones I took off right down to a random number which was stamped into the metal piece

The brembo pads I put on this time around (using the ecp offer) seemed of a lesser quality to the textars

Next pad change will necessitate discs too so will be combination of either ATE & textar or brembo & textar

Look up textar pad part number on their website and find from other sources...ecp sell them for £100+...local motor factor can get them for £31....

Picked up mine today, the guy behind the counter thought there must be a mistake as he could not believe everything I bought came to such a low amount.... I consider that a life win!
