Evening all

First time poster so please go easy on me!!

I live in Bristol and, in the New Year, I’m intending to buy an F11 5-series estate/touring for my better half (and to carry our dogs from time-to-time) and I’m looking for some help/guidance/advice.

Thinking of buying a 3.0ltr car and with the lowest mileage and most goodies on the car as possible (would love one with a panoramic sunroof!) Must be petrol and automatic

In short is there any good guides/reading material that you suggest I go through as part of getting ready/due diligence. Is there anything I should look out for, check, avoid like the plague (as with all cars) that’s common knowledge for “5-folk” that ordinary mere mortals might not know.

Is there much difference between the 3.0ltr and 2.5ltrs engines/power output…??

Been scouring Autotrader and Piston Heads – anywhere else I should look…?? Do UK cars like this come up for sale at all on this site/forum…??

Any help and guidance really appreciated...
