N47 520d Oil leak

Hi, I noticed that I have oil leaks under my 520D N47 F10.

When I opened the hood I noticed that there is lots of oil at the edges of pipe that is close to oil lid.

There is also oil on parts of engine underneath so I am not sure is that the cause. I'm attaching pictures.

Do you know is that common on engine with 120 000 km, what could cause it and how much could repair cost?

It's breather hose thats leaking and also looks like your oil filler neck o-ring is leaking. I replaced both on my 520d also.
