Goodbye and good luck

After twelve years - since 2009 - and four different models of the 5 series I have sold my lovely 535D. I had 2 x 520D (a F10 and a F11), a 530D F11 and my recent 535D F11 that I had since January 2016. It is still a superb and comfortable car that can munch miles like they don't exist.

In that 12 years none of them ever left me broken down or failed to start. All of them were superb, no rattles, reliable and none of them ever needed a big repair bill. However, my current 2015 build is now getting on a bit and needed some work doing on the recent MoT and these cars are chocked full of electronics and other expensive gear and I feel it's time for us to go different ways. BMW started to say that it needed stuff like bonnet struts doing, some suspension parts and the brake pipes had an MoT advisory warning me they are starting to corrode. Also coming up for four new tyres. Since I was thinking of trying a full a EV car like a IX, EQC or an iPace, now was the time to let it go.

I hope you guys continue to enjoy your 5 series.

I will keep an eye on the forum.

Vibration FIXED!

It feels like it's coming from the rear of the car, it's currently on its winter tyres (225/55/17 pirellis sottozeros) but had the exact same vibration on my normal summer tyres (Goodyear excellence).

The tyres have been road force balanced by BMTR in Birmingham and the car is tracking true aswell.

Any ideas what this could be?

Car is a 2013 520d se LCI auto and has currently just ticked over 60,000 miles.

Thanks
I know this is an old thread but...

I had exactly the same issue on my F10 520d MSport from when I bought it a year ago.

I changed tyres, all the brakes, suspected buckled wheel so I bought refurbed wheels but nothing solved it.
Then, last week, the lower coil snapped on the rear spring. I had them changed for BMW original parts at my local indi for £375 including the springs and the wobble has dissappeared.
The car drives sublime again. Rear has firmed up too.
The road force thing is junk, don't waste your money.

I've been searching for a solution to this issue for a year now and hundreds of people seem to be having this issue please spread this solution.
