After market wheels myths

Hi guys,

I have 464m 20 inch wheels for my F10 , which weighs abt 39 lbs , and damn heavy , as i did my research after market wheels are less weighed than OEM and there by increasing handling and stopping power , is it true ? Have anyone experienced the same .. kindly share your experience it would be helpful for new buyers like me .

Yes. Lowering unsprung rotational mass very beneficial.

Thanks , do u find pick up, braking , cornering improved ? What change you felt in your car when u changed it ?

Cornering and accelerating felt marginally better. You're not going to be feeling a nice and day difference. The difference will be seen in track times and quarter mile times, not day to day driving.
