I have a bmw 530d m sport 2010 f10 it has projector head light but with the yellow bulbs I wants to know if it's just a simple case of swapping the bulbs to make them ice white like the lci model ?

Not sure what you mean by projector but with yellow bulbs.

No you will need a new HID kit along with warning cancelers. These are fairly cheap compared to OEM option.
