I am looking to buy BMW F10 , 2010 Plate..

It's got Pro Nav, Connected drive was it optional extra or only available on later Lci Models.

As in the advert it shows idrive menu but cant see connected drive option.

If the car does not have that option am i going to miss out too much..

What's under "BMW Services"? Can't say for sure if that has ConnectedDrive or not, but I do find sending addresses to my car a handy feature.

In the UK they all had connected drive but on pre LCI cars the subscription lasted for 3 years from new only after that you are looking to pay around £120 per year. In my opinion that is a waste of money. The main things you are missing are the remote control, so locking the car from the app and Nav addresses send to car.

I'm not getting g this car anymore..
Got a good deal for F32 Touring in Melbourne red 2014 model..

Do I need to pay for maps sending via text or locking the car from the app as this car got full pro nav

Map updates, Connected Drive and such are subscription service, yes you pay yearly for them.

Maps are always a cost to update to the latest (You may get the first 3 years on new cars but not sure) On cars post 2015 you get Remote service such as Locking included for the life of the car.
