There are a couple of manufacturers that offer the android head unit. There's a shop based out of Canada 4x4ca.com or something like that, which offers more customizable options for the screen, including a TV tuner and cable to use your original GPS antenna with the head unit. Check them out. Now that our f series cars will lose some functionality in connected drive due to 3g being sunset, I'm looking into a head unit swap too. The pop out screen looks more modern like all the newer bmw's, but the screen in the dash like oem is more appealing to me.
