Exclamation Have anyone purchase from EXTREME POWERHOUSE

Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of you had ever purchase anything from Mike@X-ph.Com ( Extreme Powerhouse ) before. I'm looking to purchase a set of Advan Garde M590 wheels from him, but due to fact that we doing the transaction from paypal. I know paypal insure the fund, but it seem like there's lack of product knowledge. Know doubt that he have great pricing, but due to the fact that when I ask him about the wheels which he isn't sure the size, measurement, ET. for my F10 550i. So I was just wondering if any of members in here has purchase from Extreme PowerHouse before and can you tell how the transaction goes? Rating, shipping, product...etc. Thanks a bunch, I just want a good set of rims, not throwing $$ down the toilet..

I purchased my exhaust, ER charge pipe and coilovers from him. But i knew exactly what i wanted and placed the order. All of my stuff came in pretty quick and overall i was happy dealing with them.
I didnt buy wheels though, which are a different animal...

He is on the forum as a commercial seller, I would not be concerned.

I do respect OP although he did not show me any respect since before we even talked.

This is how this all started.

Op called us, i was tuning a car could not answer.
he left a voicemail saying and i quote
" i have called you twice and no reply, im not sure if you are a trusted vendor as you seem one of the Ebay sellers that do not reply to their customers"
I ignored that voicemail and called him back with all respect. We talked for 15 minutes and answered all his questions about wheels.

Also told him i will get him a good price and send him a pm.
I sent him the price, he agreed and then i sent him an invoice.
He replies back saying the price is not the agreed price, i ask him for a screenshot he never provides one.
I sent him the screenshot i have with the correct price.

When sending him a pm, i did make a typo and typed 19" instead of 20". But the invoice clearly said 20".

He replied back disrespectfully and that was that.

I did not disrespect you or how you run your business, as a buyer. I have the right to ask question to insure my safety. It's involved in money and sending it over paypal, so it's better to be safe than sorry, just incase I get scam. However I'm a serious buyer, in fact I've already purchase from someone else because of your unsure products information that you're selling. I've have been scam and lost money before by sending it through paypal as good,gift as a payment, so therefor safety first. To me as a buyer, when a seller don't know their own products, and repeatedly make error, I just have to pass! Sorry, no hard feeling, good luck with your business.

2013 BMW 550i  [0.00]
I bought my ER downpipe from them and it took almost 2 weeks to JUST get shipped out as well as my charge pipe. Then it took a couple more days on top of that for me to receive my order at my door. They don't have a phone number for me to call but they respond pretty quick over PM. I told them I need my order shipped asap since my car is running like crap on the stock charge pipe (it's brittled), it barely holds idle. I placed the order 11 days ago, 5 days ago I told them I need it shipped soon, it still hasn't even been shipped out. Now the weekend is here and this means I can ONLY HOPE to receive it by the end of next week. And what can I do but just tell them my complaint, they won't do anything about it. They work at their own pace.

Almost the same exact thing happened to me . I can tell you about it and how I got it resolved over pm...

Wow, I've had trouble with x-ph.com over the past week.

I need brakes. My front rotors are thin and I figured I would buy fronts and rears and do them all together. X-ph.com had the full Genuine BMW kit for just under $2100. Their site says they ship within 24 hours unless drop shipping, then it can take several days to send tracking.

I placed the order on January 4. I waited 3 days, until January 7, and sent a message from their site requesting tracking. I was told the following day (Saturday January 8) that the kit was not available and that they could cancel the order if I would like. I immediately sent another message requesting that the order be cancelled. This meant that basically 6 days were wasted, because nothing moves on the weekend.

I decided that instead of going the kit route, I would buy the parts separately using multiple sites, but decided to give x-ph another chance to redeem themselves. I ordered parts using four different sites. I ordered from all four sites on Saturday, knowing they should all ship Monday (today).

I ordered the front pads from Speedfreakusa.com and they shipped today.
I ordered the rear rotors from genuinebmwminiparts.com and they shipped today.
I ordered the front rotors and ECS lines from eBay.com and they shipped today.
I ordered the rear pads from x-ph.com and heard nothing. I emailed them, nothing.

I'm not sure why they go ahead and charge the credit card when the item isn't in stock. As of right now, they still have my $2100 tired up in a refund, and now they're not replying to my requests about whether or not the pads are available. If they waited to bill the credit card when the parts ship, this wouldn't happen.

If this wasn't a necessary fix, I wouldn't be in such a hurry, but it's brakes. It's not a runner or an intake. Be up front when it's repair parts. Maybe Mike@x-ph.com will come in here, but it won't change the fact that I started ordering these parts a week ago and probably won't have them a week from now because x-ph.com have water my time.
