Bumpers different colors. Is this normal?

I have a CPO 2016 528i and I'm not sure if there's a protective film over the bumper or if it's a different bumper. There's yellowish tint to it whether it's in the shade or in direct sunlight. Am I the only one with this situation. I'm doubting that it came like this from the manufacturer.

I looks like it was repainted and not matched well...my aw is not like that and it's 2014
