I used H&R front springs and rear links. Fronts were lowered about 30-40mm I think? A good enough amount imo without going coilovers. It's maybe 1 finger (tight! Haha) from the tyre to the guard. I got a garage to put the kit in so I'm not totally across it but from my understanding, they just swap out the standard links with the H&R ones and can adjust it to suit the front. I asked for the same drop as the front. I think u can find a DIY on youtoobs.

IIRC, I read the difference is in the size of the shaft.

Update on my wheely annoying problem!

Got all the mods onto the F30 wheel and have sold it without airbag. Pics attached.

Bought another (yes another) Msport wheel but this time from a 6 series so things were finally looking up. But last night, after researching if I could get the blank buttons working, I realized my car has active cruise control and the 6 series one doesn't!! So now I think I need 61317849412 and I'm praying its plug'n' play.. because this whole experience certainly HASN'T been fun.

Please pray for me

I wish it were that simple! Not compatible unfortunately. Mine is the PreLCI Msport wheel and the 6 series one is LCI Msport

Nope. There is nothing behind the blank covers so if I change them to buttons, they don't function. I did it to the F30 wheel and figured someone would have coded it in but it's actually missing the electrical hardware. I need the module and whole button assembly I'm pretty sure.

Its kinda the least of my problems right now. My car went in for an oil cooler leak and rocker cover leak. My garage performed the work and took it for a test drive and it completely died on them. They couldn't jump start it and it doesn't crank properly. Battery is checked and not the issue. They are really stumped as to wtf is wrong...

This time out of a F06 (640i)! Inquired about the engine out of it too but apparently block is slightly dif and my workshop wants a straight drop in.

Will test fit this fker before I buy stuff for it! Leather is way better condition than last so I might just get cf paddle shifters
