Remus axle back or cat back exhaust

Hey guys i was wondering if there is a big difference in the remus axle back and cat back exhaust. I drive a bmw f10 528i and i'm looking for a quad tip exhaust.

Catback will be louder and more refined.
Both are very good options in my opinion. Depends on your budget.
