Active Cruise in 535d M Sport

Hey guys I have been looking at picking up a 535d M sport for a daily driver but haven't had any luck finding any with active cruise control. I've found a good amount of the non m sport ones with the option so I was wondering was it even an option to get active cruise in the 535d M sport?

Definitely was an option, just ultra rare to find in general and diesels are even rarer with M Sport.

I had active cruise with my 2012 530d msport.

But yes a rare option at least here in the uk. You can easily spot them by looking at the grill under the front bumper.

Definitely is an option.
I've got a 2015 535d M-Sport with the Active Cruise Control.

It took ~6 months to locate the vehicle with the options I wanted (including the right color and having ventilated front seats).

For me, the wait was well worth it. Love my daily commute and when I'm getting 36+MPG regularly, even better.

Good luck in the search and hope you find it!

I have a 2014 535d M-Sport with it. There out there! If you zoom in on the images you'll see the buttons.

ACC is a rare option on BMW's in general.

It was also available on the e90 335D's and I've seen it on a very occasional 535d, and 550d. Never seen it on a 528 or 535, but I'm sure it exists.

I've actually seen a 335D with it in the flesh.

I test drove one a few days ago on a 2016 550i, I thought it worked great, and wouldn't get a 5 series without it. But that means you may need to broaden your search to nationwide and really watch.

Right now I've found 0 535d's in the entire us with M-sport and ACC. Though I have driven 1 sold in san antonio, and saw one for sale 2 weeks ago in Oregon.

The 550i's have it more commonly.

I'd like to retrofit mine, the radar module is super expensive though. I'd like to try to find one in a junkyard.

I just bought a 550i with adaptive cruise control, wish it was a 535d. But it’s a great feature and works really well. The 550i has a drinking problem...

Sadly my 2016 bmw 550i made it all of 8 miles before throwing a check engine light. A new record for me...... fastest I’ve ever had a new to me bmw brake down. It was the 02 sensors.... dealer dutifully replaced them. An ominous start for a car with 57k miles.

Its funny right after posting this a few days later there was a 535d M sport for sale that was optioned exactly like I wanted with ACC, unfortunately the guy sold it an hour before I contact him. So the search continues!
