Thud sound at 100 mph

2013 535i PS2, BM3, xHP flash. If I am driving at 70mph than apply full throttle, when car is at 100mph I hear a thud sound. Car will continue to accelerate. No codes or lights. When I do dig launch 0-120Mph I don't get thud sound. If the car is at 90-100 mph steady, I can feel a humming or oscillating type of vibration. I am thinking the issue is with drive shaft or rear diff?
