yes you can use it for both but i assume your using M1 and then mixing it with E50. Cant you just raise the fuel pressure within the tune?
You can request more but this will physically raise it… allow him to have more pressure and therefore I won't run out of fuel as fast. It is essentially increasing the VOLUME my system can deliver without doing a HPFP or a LPFP.

We now have a more economical way to run flex fuel.

Other updates:
I asked DS what he thought the n55 could handle and he said 600-650 WTQ and 650 WHP. That would just about tap out the PS2 on an aggressive tune. These are my goals... e50, 100% meth, nostrom injectors that are good for 700-750 hp and then let's rock and roll. May or may not need LPFP with the 100% meth supporting rail pressure but I might upgrade any way.

Need to move meth tank to trunk :-(
I would look into those injectors a little more before you decide to purchase them. If you have an early built 2011 535, I'm fairly confident they are not going to work.

From the photos I've seen online they look like top mount style injectors (which most N55's are). I have a Nov/2010 built 535 which has the bottom mount style injectors, these are the same as N55e. Somewhere around mid 2011 is when they transitioned over to the top mount style injector used in very N55 going forward. There's really no way to swap injector style without at minimum changing the cylinder head. The way the injectors mount in the head are completely different.

Bottom mount style:

Pretty inexpensive if you ask me!
Brow how was your progess with David? I emailed him last week and he sent me a prompt reply, but since a few days no feedback from him

You have to be very patient with him. He'll get you! Since my tune I have upgraded a ton and blown a couple turbos lol so I am still at it with him. A lot of down time.

Thx for your prompt answer!
I tried to call him too but no success.
Are you satisfied with his tune so far?
I heard only positive things from him and he seems to be a real beast on N55 PWG‘s

I am currently running a DocVu map, which is really conservative.
He tried to raise the boost on the top, but no success.
He failed. Car goes in overboost on 5th and 6th gear. Up to 23psi.

Cheers

Simon

Yea for sure. The thing is with DS is you have to be patient and a little pesky at the same time. He is super busy but it is only cause he gives all his clients the time they deserve and won't leave you with a half way done tune like doc vu. What is your set up?

My setup:
Turbosystems Stage 1 turbo - slighlty smaller than PS2
Dorch Stage 1 HPFP
Pure Turbos Inlet
Wagner Tuning DP with 200 cells catalyst
Do88 Intercooler (slighlty bigger than Wagner Evo 2)
Stock coils
NGK97506 plugs gapped to 0,0022
Fuel 100 RON - which is 94 octane
8HP Auto Trans (XHP Stage 3 flash)

As I am mainly tracking the car I also installed the S55 oil pan and oil pump. This mainly to avoid possible oil starvation during hard cornering/braking.

I am looking for 450-460hp/600NM at the crank.
So nothing wild. Smooth power output is the most important thing.
So a kind of NA car feeling.

Hope David gives me some attention in the next days :-)
