Bloo is no longer mine. The accident that destroyed my rear right, apparently was enough for insurance to claim a total loss. Here are the final pictures of Bloo, which happens to also be my birthday. Sooo I had a real interesting birthday this year.

Apparently the damage extended into the front suspension as well, plus replacement of at least 3 of my wheels. Soooooo damn. $21k payout.

Dang that sucks but atleast you're okay though. Its easy to replace car, not so much a person.

I'm looking at a used Mini Countryman S. More practical, more fuel efficient, still fun to drive.

if I get a 3er, I'm getting the 328. My budget is kind of tight, like under $13k, so that rules out most current gen Bimmers with reasonable mileage

TBH, I actually like the mini countryman. My other option right now is a VW CC sport

E90 328 LCI should fit the bill. Those N52's are bulletproof. I would know, I had one for 8 years lol.

Certain features that I want, and the SO wants too, so that limits to some of the newer cars. I'll come back to BMW though, when I have more money available.

I'm going to be honest, I'm not really upset in the Accord. My GF has the 8th gen (2010) and even in 2 generations, Honda's really REALLY stepped up the game. Digital Dash, android infotainment (smooth as butter), standard ACC and lane keep.

I also have to point out how beautiful the designs are now. Granted, I still confuse the 10th Accord with a new Civic, but still. Stunning looks compared to previous gens. Interior quality is phenomenal. It really puts the new Mazdas a run for their money. Certainly not BMW/MB level of quality, but for a $25k car, oh boy it's nice. Interior space is enormous. When the driver is set to my driving position, I can stretch out in the back. Legs straight, feet tucked under the front seat. My gosh. It's like a 7 series short wheelbase.

On the sport trim, I have standard dual exhaust, 3-view rear camera, lane keep, adaptive cruise, LED low beams, LED fogs, carplay/android auto, digital dash, 19" alloys, etc. Plus...the 1.5T is putting out 192HP. thats amazing imo. granted their 2.0T is doing somewhere around 270, I just didn't have the money for that lol.

Only area that I need to upgrade is the audio. Honda audio sucks. Probably throw an underseat sub to fill out some sound, and upgrade the speakers. We'll see.

i really like the new accords, i've ridden in a few (uber rides) and been impressed...

when my camry dies, (if it ever does) i'd consider picking one up as a DD....

Only issue is quality control. I only read about it after I got the car, and realized. The passenger side of my hood, where it meets the A pillar, is definitely not aligned. Part of the trim by the climate controls is bent strangely, door trim isnt even on all doors, and something rattles by the passenger seatbelt. of Fit/Finish, Fit is like a B and Finish is A-
