ACS springs en route! **UPDATE- installed
Since no one was selling ACS springs (13 535i mspt) around here my lack of patience got the best of me... I wanted to share where I found the best price. For the record I do not work for them or anything I just had a pleasant experience. I checked Bavarian Autosport website but no ACS springs, just Eibach and H&R showed although in the fine print is says you can email us with questions, so I did. Emailed them and got a response within the hour. They said they can special order the springs and it would be $440. So I said I would take them. A quick call later and they were ordered. No tax, no shipping $440 out the door. Said it should be 4-5 Days and that's to SoCal.
http://www.bavauto.com/ Just sharing, pics to follow after install, I have a buddy who has access to a rack so I will be using that for install. Last edited by 007F10; 06-18-2016 at 03:04 PM.. Reason: forgot the link |

where are you getting them installed in socal if you don't mind me asking? I am thinking of ordering acs for my 535i as well but am having trouble finding a shop that charges a reasonable amount in labor.

I'm going to do them my self, and a buddy of mine who has access to a full lift. I've done all my cars and this doesnt look much diff. And ACS has some real nice step by step instructions. I'll let you know how it goes and maybe we can work something out ;-)

Who did you deal with there? I'm talking to them now and they don't know how to help me.
Nevermind, he found your order and went from there :-) |

Ok they still need to settle but already a lil lower. Not the best pics but you get the idea. me and a buddy took 3.5 hours to install, not the easiest springs nor the hardest ive done.
I'm going to drive for about 200-300 miles then alignment, and measure for spacers (at min the rear) *first pic is before I'll post another after settle in period.. |

Thanks alot! Handles like a dream btw. I would say ride quality for the gf and kid is 90% the same. No complaints from them. But when a corner comes it's amazing.

Thanks! I don't know about changes but I can tell you there was no rubber sleeve nor do I have any nosies (yet) . But the spring rate looks very consistant, not the way the H&R Springs looks that appear to change rates. I believe it was H&R that had the noisy batch but I could be mistaken. So far so good here.

This is the thread regarding the front suspension noise on the acs. A member by the name of Alan I had direct contact with Germany regarding this issue and now newer batches should come with rubber sleeves. Maybe they changed something to the design of the newest batch that does not require the sleeves anymore. |

Very Nice!
I love the way the car feels now with the ACS springs, still close to stock ride, which the family loves, but its a bit tighter in the corners. Its a bit closer to my e39 when it was stock! |

Nice, yea my dad had a E39 525i with sport package that thing did handle great. This thing is on point now. Part of me wishes it was a little lower but we'll see if it settles some. Just ordered spacers for the rear, 15mm.
