Slow and Steady Progress

She's coming along a bit slower than I thought, but I'd rather take my time to make sure everything comes along perfect instead of rushing it. My wheels will be ready in about a month or so, don't want to give too much away. My exhaust is here but waiting to be installed, and a few other goodies are in the works. Also reached a new milestone after breaking 40,000 followers on Instagram All thanks to the support and followers of course.

My audience is a bit picky as they favor my edited SLR shots over the quick iPhone snaps, which essentially forces me to go out take find new locations to shoot in every week or so.

So here are just a few shots I've taken over the last few weeks, but there are many more on my IG is you wish to check them out. Hope you all enjoy!

P.S. Who can spot the new mods though? :roll eyes:

looks bada$$! the orange pinstripping on some of your components...is it paint, vinyl?

lsturbointeg it's actually gold, sometimes the lighting makes it look orange (my calipers are burnt orange however). It is vinyl, I plan on redoing it in orange soon to match.

so far i love the build bro! i'm looking at the skirts and i like what you did with the extensions front and rear on the skirts. i think you need to add a transition to connect them if you know what i mean...kinda like a skirt extension that ties the front with the rear

Thought about that too, I had splitters on the last car. Only reason why I didn't do that is the M-Sport side skirts have the crease with makes the side profile looks slimmer. Adding an extension under that would only draw your eye downwards and make the whole car look more bloated. A low-slung sleeker sports car could pull it off better, but in this case I thought the side skirt wings accentuated the side skirts perfectly without drawing away from the more trimmed profile of the M-Sport GT.

I see what you mean but I think you can pull it off and besides you're the only GT!

Did a quick render to show what it might've looked like as a full piece. While it does look nice and make the car low, I still think it takes away from the slimmer profile without the line. That's just me though.

It's a surprise. I'll be debuting a brand new wheel soon, hopefully ready by next month. Will keep you all posted!

I hear you bro, like I said I don't detest it. However I still feel it looks unique with just the wings, as everyone generally does the long side skirt extensions but the wings alone aren't so common. Maybe ill change it up eventually.

I can't either man, the damn wait is killing me
