X-series style 375 20" rims on a F10 550
UPDATE: Installed..
Guys, I wanted to get a feel of what you all thought of these rims on a F10? Based on the size/offset there should not be an issue. I was going to go 255 35 R20 front and 295 30 R20 rear Available Fitments: 20x9.5 Fronts 20x10.5 Rears Bolt Pattern: 5x120 Offset: +35 mm Color : Gunmetal / Machined Face Hub: 74.1 mm Do you think I would need hub centric ring, I also have 5mm spacers on right now but I dont think I would need them. Please chime in and tell me your thoughts? Too busy? Last edited by TeutonicDan; 04-06-2015 at 09:28 AM.. |

Yes, you'll need hub centric ring, and those tire sizes are too big.
Should be 35 profile in the front and 30 profile in the rear. And I think 20x9.5 ET35 will be close to the struts in the front.

This is only my opinion, but on a sedan like a 5 Series, they seem a little ghetto - too busy and flashy, they will be the visual point on the car, not necessarily complimentary, but quite the opposite.

okay, I will double check that because I have a buddy with a 535i and I'm pretty sure he has 9.5 in the front but I have to check his offset though..thanks

I like the wheels for a sports car - but not really for the 5er. That said, I'll reserve final judgment until seeing a photoshop image.

I love the wheels, but I am also unsure how they will work on a 5. Seeing as you had access to a set did you try putting them up against the car?
Also might look good powder coated depending on the colour of your car... |
