Hey everyone. My 2011 535i seems to have very random, but slight vibrations when the car idles. I knew the culprit for this was my low fuel pressure sensor and my idle tensioner pulley but after having them both replaced the slight vibrations went away for a couple days and then came back. Maybe I am overreacting and being superstitious

Any help would be appreciated.

Would like to also mention that the needle that shows RPMs does not move when it does this.

How many miles? I would start from engine mounts and coils/spark plugs.

I read that it could be injectors. I have the same issue. But don't want to just throw parts at it. But could be a number of the things as stated. Mounts. Coils. Spark plugs. Have yet to see a verified fix.

What could cause the injectors to go bad?

Mileage? Wear and tear. They can get weak. Clogged. Dirty. Stuck. Spray too little or too much.

Mileage is at 108,000 miles currently. I have been doing scheduled oil changes at about 7,000 miles. I changed the spark plugs to NGK iridium at about 95,000 miles when stock, but now I am now MHD Stage 1, idk if that matters. Also changed the belt tensioner and the low pressure fuel sensor about a couple days ago since I got the code that it wasn't working anymore. I also noticed that the slight vibrations have decreased after changing out that fuel sensor. I thought that fuel injectors remain pretty clean due to the detergents used in the gasoline they inject? Always been putting 93 octane in from Costco. I currently have no DME codes that are on so it could possibly be engine mounts

It could very well be the engine mounts. I've changed numerous parts on my car. As I just hit 128k. I like to do preventative maintenance on certain components. Things that can leave you stranded. As my commute is 50 miles each way. So things like cooling and fuel delivery. I'm definitely due for motor mounts. So I'll put that on my to do list. But it's not really priority to me. As the idle issue doesn't concern me as much. And the car runs well. I wish I had a definitive answer. Would I like to fix the issue. Yes. If I knew for sure what the problem was. No codes for me in ista as well.

I find myself in a similar situation as yours. Everything works fine but I don't really find it logical to start dumping money into the matter. If it gets worse I'll know what to look for, thanks.
