That big ol sensor square smack dab in the middle of the grill is going to look pretty bad... I hope to be proven wrong and will happily eat crow if that's the case.

rear wheel steer? Active antiroll? They can do what Ferrari does by steering each rear wheel independently. There won't be a light weight version even if they call it that. This will be a (fast) suv will low center of gravity.

I just hope the price of the F90 LCI CS drops some more once the G90 comes out so I can finally buy one.

The car appears to change direction very slowly. She definitely isn’t a lightweight.

Interesting updates.

I can’t express enough how thrilled I am that this car isn’t adopting those huge new school front fascias.

As mentioned by others above, she definitely appears to be heavy, which is understandable given the new tech

Sounds decent for this phase of testing.

I’m still sticking to what I said - come time for the LCI - I’ll run it back on another individual build for the books.

I have yet to be disappointed by a refresh to the M5’s over the years - and I’m happy to see the direction this car is headed in thus far.

They can give 700hp but if that is accompanied by another 200kg+ then it's a bit of a dead end, they have no choice as they have to meet the fleet average emissions so it's a case of taking the regulations and trying to back a good car into them. (doing to best they can)

Let’s hope this car doesn’t come out to become a disappointment like the XM in terms of performance.

This.

I'm sure G90 will be 5000lbs+. I hope I'm wrong.

2024 E63 is getting the M256 3.0L inline-6, with their hybrid drivetrain in the rear. Should produce 700+ hp.

Hm. Even the ///M engineers can't do magic. For its heft/weight you see some good body control ... but it is just relative. In absolute numbers it is simply heavy asf and has to obey sheer physiqual law.
