Icehouse beer, sorry I'm not a liquor drinker except for a good Tequila shot once in a while. Usually Patron, any other good suggestions?

Thumbs up

So I have been seeing this on my Social Media feed for a couple of weeks and decided to buy some. Why? I LOVE Mango or anything Tropical for that matter!
Small batch distiller out of Florida where he also grows and supplies the Mangoes for this spirit. Received my 3 Bottles and I can confirm... It is absolutely DELICIOUS!
Straight up over ice or in this case, Margaritas that I made with it and done tequila.

Casamigos aneno is solid at $59... the repo is like eating straight vanilla... do not recommend.

My brother and I tried drinking the casamigos a few weekends ago. While I played along, when he got up to leave I literally poured what was left in the bottle down the driveway drain.

I'm finding I take far more to the anejos, in general. Tres Generaciones (sp?) is still my favorite, although since they switched up the bottle I haven't tried one yet.

I like Tres Generaciones a lot, started drinking it when my previous job would take me to our plant in Mexico and we would drink it at dinner.

As for bad tequila or whatever, I never pour anything out, some drink weak margaritas at our house to the point I can't even tell there's alcohol in it. Same is true with bad bourbon, eventually someone will drink it and when someone says "I don't care, I mix it with a lot of Coke", I tell them I have the perfect one for them.

I got hooked back in high school. Sister City exchange, they took us to the TG plant. At the beginning, where they are fermenting the agave: Worst smelling concoction I think I've run into, short of that time I helped my dad clean up a rental where there were plastic trash bags the tenants had left full of baby diapers.

After the tour, we went out to a back patio where they were making BBQ, long tables set with a bottle of coke, bottle of aguamineral, and a center of TG about every 4 chairs. Luckily, they chartered busses for us to go everywhere

I really like the Casamigos Mezcal myself, it is very flavorful and smokey. I haven't really enjoyed the rest of Casamigos offerings over a lot of other similar priced options.

I was told casamigos changed (a lot) after they sold it a couple of years ago?

Life is just WAY too short for cheap-tasting tequila. If I HAVE to mix it in a margarita, it needn't be taking up space on my shelf.

"party punch" is a great way to get rid of cheap liquor or wine -- lots of great recipes online for various styles. make a gallon or two to take to the next picnic you get invited to, and you'll be a hero!

here's like 20 recipes: https://www.delish.com/entertaining/...ktail-recipes/

Oh absolutely. I got a couple of what I consider cool moulds that make the Death Star. Always use when not using whiskey stones in a nice old fashioned.
