Logs review

Can anyone look at this and tell me what could be my problem?

https://datazap.me/u/ziekxq/test-log?log=0&data=4-5-19

I changed tmap sensor to 3.5bar and new boost solenoid. Old solenoid was causing boost oscillation.

I wonder if nee solenoid is bad or something else is off?

Basically boost builts than drops around 4k rpm than picks up at 5k rpm. All I can think of is that the boost solenoid is malfunctioning.

Your HPFP is crashing down to 1900psi while its requesting 2500psi right before your boost drops.

I looked at that too but than power comes back around 5k rpm and car keeps on pulling even after gear change.

HPFP doesn't crash, pressure is fine. you're good / safe above 1500 psi.
issue is the tune, WGDC drops considerably during the pull and thus boost also drops. Discuss with your tuner.

Thanks... It has been bad weather in Chicago past few days, so I haven't had the chance to logs. I will see what the tuner does next. Maybe due to new boost solenoid tuning need to be adjusted again. My mechanic checked boost leaks and will be doing smoke test too. We pulled vacuum line from boost solenoid and there was still pressure, but smoke test will verify if there are any leaks.

I really don't see any evidence of a boost leak. The boost drops due to commanded wgdc decrease by the car. When there's a boost leak wgdc goes up to compensate and reach desired boost. But n55 are finicky with boost control. Anyway, report back when you hear back from your tuner. Good luck !

Hopefully I can get some logs done tomorrow as long as it doesn't snow or rain and then wait for tuner update.

No codes? If not it can be so many things. 02 sensor, MAF, Valvetronic servo, wastegate. Here's a little test you run but carefully. Remove your MAF and see how your car runs. If better than you may have a bad 02 sensor and or MAF. Be prepared to clear codes.

Another test is to run Liqui Moly engine cleaner and then oil change. Your car might not be circulating oil properly. I did it to my 98k mileage car and it was a noticeable difference.

I'm kinda on the tuner error too. You are running 3.5 tmaps and there could be some sort of overboost protection taking place.
