How does the new inner trim piece fit? This means an LCI retrofit is possible for these mirrors with just the shell, inner trim piece, and turn signals.

I'm having cold feet... lol I have alpine white and I think the glossy black will go but can't decide... and I don't trust ebay stuff... fitment is always an issue

fitment is great as far as I can tell. and if you don't like it, it's super easy to pop back on the original covers. no complaints from me for $40ish!

a couple of close-ups in the sun. not entirely loving the weave of the carbon fiber (which I doubt it actually is) but again, for $40, it's hard to complain.

Yeah, they're not carbon fiber but carbon fiber look. The real ones cost 10x more.

I actually wish I had picked the gloss black. Once I get the CF ones, I will install and evaluate.
