So you guys think this is the issue requires me to have to fill often? I literary topped it off yesterday Saturday and checked today and i needed about 12oz of fluid to top off again in about 24hrs and 40 miles drive w/out using the windshield wiper... smh

Yes, the rubber is cracked and not doing its job of sealing the filler tube. The distillation still is in full operation and all the evidence is there in blue. You'll be surprised what the new cap will do, it will do its job.

You're correct the problem is the cap. If it ceases to be a closed system the fluid evaporates... I once had a whole gallon evaporate in a day.

Interesting, I have the same issue with the fluid evaporating quickly. Going to check this out.

On my 2015 535i, I replaced the cap for $9.58, part cost from the dealer, and evaporation stopped.
