Overheating depending on outside temp
Hi all
I’m facing one of the strangest issues I’ve ever seen and need your assistance My car is 528 2014 for 7 years, I live in a hot climate area. I noticed when I drive the car for long distance sometimes the temp gauge starts to rise up I opened the hidden menu to check the oil and coolant temperature After absorption for more than 1 month I noticed the following 1- oil and coolant temperature are changing according to the outside temperature 2- whenever it’s ABOVE 99F everything seems fine and coolant/oil temp between 208f - 215f 3-whenever outside temp is BELOW 99.5F coolant/oil temp rises up to 240 4-temperature gauge only moves when I’m driving on a highway 5-when temperature rises up if a push the throttle down and give the car an air breeze temperature gauge drop down immediately temporarily 6- no overheating or any other codes 7- all related parts are OEM and most of them are new Any suggestions?? |
