I have lost all patience with trying to get ISTA+ working with my F10... I am trying to code a few thing but the modify vehicle option is greyed out. I think it is likely an issue somewhere with the DATEN files.

NCS expert and Dummy both don't list any F generation chassis numbers, only E cars. The same is true of BMW coding tool. I have tried to update via BMW coding tool, the files are all there, but just cant be found. The F10 chassis does then appear on BMW coding tool chassis drop down, but I just get an error saying 'path not found' when I try to select it. The same happens with any of the other F series daten files I try to update through coding tool.


Any ideas?

ISTA is only for diagnostics. E-Sys is for coding on F-chassis.
