Currently running 245/35/20 front and 275/30/20 on my M3 Comp Reps 8.5/9.5 no complaints whatsoever. Should I go up one profile to give it a meatier look or maybe run a slight stretch? Or keep my current sizes?

Also, suggestions for spacer sizes?

IMHO it looks fine as-is. Caveat... Personally I HATE the stretched look.

All of your answers depend on what your goals are? is it for the fender to lip look?

On the aesthetic side with that wheel style a taller aspect ratio it'll look weird. It'll look like you bought the wrong size tires. If you go to the M3/M4 forum most of those guys with your wheel talk more of how wider they can go without going taller. Like ezaircon4jc it looks fine as is
