Parking brake failure

Hi there! Yesterday my car pop up an error message saying Parking Brake Failure, I used an OBD tool to check the error code, it said something about the left actuator clamping force not reached (code: 4805BE). So is it the left actuator gone? or maybe something else? 2 weeks ago I renewed rear brake pads and it had been working fine for the 2 weeks. Thanks for help!

Anything on this? My '16 just did the same thing. I don't have a scanner tool to check for codes though

The brake light stays on while I'm driving
