Starting my F10 After Three-Year Interval

Prior to storing my F10 in my garage for an extended period of three years while I traveled, the vehicle was operating satisfactorily. Presently, I am interested in determining whether I can safely start the engine. Please note that I have already replaced the battery and have observed no error messages on the console. Therefore, my primary question is: would it be safe to initiate the vehicle's engine at this juncture?

Thanks

Where are you located? If you're in an area with climate extremes (like the deep South with its high temps and humidity) you may want to drain and fill with fresh gas, for sure. But that's mostly because after all that time the additives in your gas would have evaporated and it'd be like running 87 or lower fuel with likely added condensation. (I'm assuming you didn't leave it vacant with a full tank - if it's relatively low or empty and you're adding a couple of fresh gallons you should be fine.)
