BMW upgraded their iDrive systems in 2009 (CIC) which allows for DVDs to be played using the in-dash DVD system. Unfortunately, we are greeted with a "For your safety, video is only available when parked" message and and blank screen. eas - Video In Motion Module The Video In Motion module acts as a safety override so you can decide if you would like this option enabled or not, allowing full video while the vehicle is motion for passengers on those long trips. Models Supported: 2011+ F10 5-series 2009+ F01 7-series Note: Safety First! Please do not watch video content while driving and obey all laws applicable in your state. The VideoinMotion module simply plugs into the rear of the radio and will tap off the connector for power.
For those experienced with radio removal, this is a ~30 minute job at most.

Yeah I'll ask Darwin (that's who did all of the work on my 535i) but was curious if EAS recommended anyone.
