yup all settle in. its been a month so far, 2 sections of my fence collapsed because of the snow storm. im not going to waste any time in repairs since its very old. its going to cost me $$ to put replace all of it. It has to be done.

how are things on ur end of the island lol

Inside is pretty much done other than decor - stuff for walls kind of thing. I'll wait until things thaw out to figure what I want/need to do outside; pavers, fence, change landscaping maybe a pool. I definitely want a natural gas generator.

For now, I'll be really happy once I can get the paper shades off my damn windows.

thats what i currently have on my windows, paper shades. My wife is shopping around for rods and curtains. i definitely need landscaping, my lawn is dead lol
the garage is decent shape, but i would like to redo walls, add more lighting and outlets. i may tackle garage floor in spring time with epoxy, Leggari is the company. they have cool videos of how you can change floor with multiple colors. I been watching their DIY on youtube.

No, it's freaking pothole season. Holy shit, the craters are multiplying. It was like evasive maneuvers driving to work this morning.

Be careful out there boys and girls. Wouldn't want to pop a tire or bust a wheel.
