This isn't a question of how. As I have stumbled across this option the other day. I have a Carly OBD For BMW that has this function on it. I also read the simple steps of performing this task by:
1. Starting the car (not the engine) 2. Gas Pedal to the floor for 5 secs. 3. press the start button to turn off the car / release gas pedal. 4. Wait two minutes 5. Start the car. So, I have a 2013 528i X-Drive. I performed this task the other day and noticed quite a difference in acceleration. However, when coming to a stop the car Jolts pretty hard right as I come to a complete stop. This never happened before. Here are my questions: 1. Is this something that will adjust itself over time? 2. Once the above steps have been completed what exactly should be done next? Just drive after step 5? 3. Is the Carly ODB Adapter as reliable as the (manual) above method? 4. Hewp! Thanks! PS. I have researched this question and I get a lot of other peoples scenarios and nothing (that I have found) in regard to my issue. Last edited by Sickboy80; 07-11-2018 at 02:40 PM.. |
