2013 535i passport hardwire

Hello,
I'm new to posting on here love reading all the post and diy. I have been a ford mechanic for 19 years and recently purchased my 13 535i and love this car for sure will never own another domestic vehicle p.s I am in the states.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas where and what would be a good circuit to tie into for hardwiring my passport radar detector I would normally use my power probe and test circuits at the pins but with this car I want to be safe any help would be great.
Thanks

Check out the "hardwire V1" thread or a YouTube on F10 hardwiring a radar detector. I used an add-a-fuse and tapped into the glovebox fusebox. I don't remember the fuse I used, but it should be in the hardwire thread. FOUND IT!!! Fuse #43 in the glovebox... Post 103.

WELCOME!! I came from a few (4) Lincoln LSes and can't believe how much better the quality of the BMW is over the Lincoln!

Here's one...

Says for Valentine V1 but should work for your detector

Thank you
Yes it is amazing at the difference in quality.
I used to think that Lincoln was a quality built vehicle and all in all just an over priced ford.
