Misfire , rough idle after sparks change and throttle body

Hello guys

Yesterday i have changed my sparkplugs and the throttle body because i have an hesitation or flat spot when i accelerate but the problem is still here and now i have another problem.

The car have a very rough idle and i have missfire cylinder 2 and 4 and combustion missfire.

All the parts are OEM , i think the mechanic did something wrong....please help.

Spark plugs properly torqued? Coils installed correctly?

I had the same issues and than later my bimmer ended up turning off the ignition while driving.
