Tuning box. What is your opinion?

I know that there is a big dilemma between the people decided to up their power if they should go for a remap or a tuning box. The remap is the more expensive option, but most certainly the better. Recently, I was browsing ebay for tuning box and one appears to be always on top, but there are not any review, which makes is very suspicious.
