Installing SDMI25 Most25 to toslink

Hi guys! I’m about to order a sdmi25 (most25 to toslink) to use my bitone DSP but i’m wondering if its possible to keep the OEM amp is using a male-male-female MOST25 loop like on the picture

I want to keep my OEM amp for the moment because i’m not ready to do the full upgrade right now BUT I want to get the most signal to drive my subwoofer because the subwoofer output on the amp is crap and got an EQ on it (I already tapped the wires). I want a flat fullrange signal to tweak it like I want. If someone who knows the MOST bus and how it works please tell me if its possible to use both amp and converter or the converter will be rejected by the bus. Thanks
