CIC to NBT or NBT EVO

I have a 2011 535i xdrive with NAV pro CIC. I bought an NBT nav screen, HU, and idrive touch controller from a fellow forum member. I don't have the time to do the retrofit fit myself and I haven't found any how to videos for our cars. I emailed a few shops and they only retrofit NBT EVO. I figured I either sell the NBT HU and buy an EVO HU. Or get enough info for the just NBT retrofit myself. I'd rather a shop do it. I just need something to get this thing going. Thanks for any help

What do you want to see exactly? It's an NBT screen, HU, and idrive touch controller.
