Clicking sound like relay

Hi. i have a problem with my BMW 5 Series F10 520D, from under steering wheel making sound like relay opening closing. what can be problem? from where coming? i attachet link with video.

My 2016 535 makes the same noise ever since I got the car. I thought it was normal but interested what other people have to say.

This sound start doing when i connect first time OBD vgate to read errors. before was fine.
