m5 muffler non comp

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
Sold

Item Interest
selling m5 non competition mufflers. price is $450 obo. currently not shipping as i have never shipped anything this heavy and this size. i am located in Austin Texas. i will be traveling to LA (cali) march 6-9. i am only considering LA sale if the buyer is serious and can give deposit through venmo, cash app, apple pay or paypal as i do not have the space to bring it back to Texas if buyer backs out. May consider to ship if i can figure out how to pack it right and buyer pays for shipping cost. for faster communication, contact me through Instagram: Chris.d14 thanks

I just shipped a set the other day for the first time. It’s very easy. They have big boxes you can use but I just went to Home Depot and bought bubble wrap and wrapped them up. Cost me $100 to ship both at fedex.

did you have to cut the piping? im thinking of cutting it and giving it few inches from the box part itself. of course that will be up to the buyer. FedEx has boxes? did you box both in one box? or two separate boxes.. thanks for the info, really appreciate that

I didn't cut the pipes but I guess it depends on the buyer. I went to Home Depot bc they charge less for boxes and wrapping stuff. I didn't even use a box bc of the pipes. I just wrapped them in bubble wrap real good then in plastic.

You can use one box for both mufflers if they fit but the price is the same. It costs me $45 per muffler. Took me 30 mins total.

No problem man. I'm glad I can help.

Sometimes people get discouraged from shipping depending what it is but it's not that hard. It helps the person trying to buy and the seller can charge more money. Win win!
