Vibration when braking
Hello I live in Taiwan, I have a BMW F10 ActiveHybrid5 (2012) with 80km/hr vibration when braking problem. It was repaired 7 times in the BMW factory. They changed 3 sets of new brake discs,4 brand new aluminum rims and tires and one direction The machine during the repair process, it 's about 3200 kilometers the same problem reappears again and again every time. Does anyone have the same problem? How to solve the problem? thanks.
This failure occurred within the warranty period, but now the original factory refuses to continue repairs. Last edited by KAOKAO; 01-05-2021 at 08:12 PM.. |

Check your front control arm bushings aka thrust arm bushings. Those fail with as little as 25,000 miles and will cause brake shimmy (especially on highway) as well.
