HRE 300 Classic Fitment Question

Hi guys,

Considering picking up a set of HRE 300 Classic wheels from another forum member. They are currently on his e92 M3.

Wondering if these will fit my 2011 550i.
Below are specs for widths and offsets:

20x9.5 +22
20x11 +38

I think front and rear will poke. If it were 20x9 and 20x10 with those offsets it would fit and be HRE flow form offsets

If you're not planning to lower the car a lot, like 2" or more, they'll likely poke. Member lsturbointeg has shown photos of his setup with 11" 38mm offset and it works for him, but he is very low on coilovers and still has little room to spare.

He also has 9.5" et30 fronts and that looks like an aggressive fit as well, though I've seen a few 9" et25 setups that look good (remmib comes to mind, also 11" et46 rear).

11" et45+ seems like a much safer bet on the F10, and still may require lowering to look right (pull the wheels inboard with the camber curve of the suspension).

See if you can try them on your car first, and if you do post some pics.

Waiting on a set of H&R VTF adjustable springs, so yes it will be substantially lowered.

Awesome wheels. Fitment will be aggressive for sure, but I'd say doable with the right tires.

Will be mounted on Michelin Pilot Sport 4S in below sizes, hopefully with the H&R VTF adjustable springs fitment will be well sorted.

245/30/20 front
275/30/20 rear

Even 255/30/20 looks somewhat stretched on 9.5", so I think I think 245/30/20 will look stretched.
