BMW F10 528i 2012 N20

Hi Friends, I am new here. I need help, I have one BMW 528i F10 year 2012. It is a excellent car. I have one problem: the trunk doesn't open (with the trunk buttom and the Keycontrol), not open. I had to remove the rear seat and open with the emergency handle, then, I was cheking all rear fuses, all are good. So what can be the problem?

Wiring going to the lock actuator? If neither the key button, the thunk button at footwell, or rear latch button work, sounds like wiring or the actuator itself.

I would start simple and make sure the vallet switch in the center console is not activated.

What is it? Do you mean the VALET switch? If yes, open the owners manual built into iDrive (or the paperback owners manual) and do a keyword search for LOCKING SEPARATELY or VALET. It should explain the switch and give the location of the switch for your 5 series model.

The valet switch allows you to lock items in the trunk and restrict access to it if you are using valet parking or turning your remote over to someone. I don't know where it is on the 5 series, but on my 6 series & X5...the switch is located in the center console. On some models it may be in the glovebox. Where ever it is located...it is usually in a locked storage location where you use the metal keyblade stored in the remote fob to lock that area. Again, if valet parking and you want to keep items safe from theft...you set the valet switch, then lock the compartment with the key. This way no one with the remote fob has acccess to the storage compartment where the switch is located...and the trunk can't be opened.

EDIT: below is the info from my f06 owners manual...yours should be similar:
