Drone after putting down pipe on 535

Hi all,

What are my options to get rid of drone after install my down pipes? My current setup is VRSF down pipe with a Msport axle back exhaust. I'm getting a lot of drone at lower rpm. Don't hear it much in the front when driving but ppl sitting in the back do complain about it.

Thanks!

Decat DP?

J pipe mod or add resonators before the mufflers.

Err worst case scenario throw back on the stock DP and/or stock exhaust if you can't live with the drone.

Another option is to install some dynamat/ butyl mat or some sound insulation in the trunk area for your passengers.

Adding sound insulation will not help with the MPE. I even added sound insulation to the heat shields and didn't see a difference.

Driving under sport mode (putting the shifter to the left position) I hear less drone but in normal driving there's a decent amount more. I'm going to look into doing J-pipes, hoping that helps

add a resonator . A cheap solution that may or may not work.

you have to remove the stock resonator and install Vibrant resonators to get rid of the drone...many people have fixed Drone this way....
