BMW F10 RGB Fog Lights error canceller?

I've installed some RGB led fog lights on my F10, they work perfectly but I have 2 errors in the dash, Fog Light Failure.

After googling around I found people talking about a canbus harness and a canbus resistor.

I found canbus resistors for sale for around $5 but they seem to get really hot and the last thing I want is to turn my car into a bonfire. Also, I can't seem to find anything about canbus harnesses.

Also forgot to mention that the LEDs are connected on only 1 side and there's no bulb in the other. So I need something that tricks the car into thinking there's a bulb in the other socket and to read the LEDs.

So, what do you guys recommend I get?

It’s easier to just code out the error check with BimmerCode or similar app.
