F10 central console removal

Hi, I tried to remove central console but these two jacks from central console switch is so hard to remove… Is there some special technique? I’m afraid to not break those plastics

P.S: Image is from google, just found to show you on which two connectors I’m pointing

On the right, white plug do you see the little white square to the right of the main plug? Push that in and pull. Same with the other plug.
