You will have to run wires for the modules. They are not pre-ran. What options do you have already and what are you trying to install? If you have HUD already, it is less work since you already have the cutout for the buttons. You will only have to switch out the button. If you don't have HUD and is not capable of cutting your dash, you will have to replace the dashboard as well. If you are trying to install KAFAS with 5AS, you will also have to replace the windscreen. If you don't have auto high beam assist, you will also have to replace the clock spring

Simple answer is yes. It does require a lot of labor and knowledge to run all wires. You will need to program the vehicle as well. You will need driver assistant button. I'm sure I forgot something but here is a list off the top of my head.

All Around Vision (TRSVC)
- TRSVC module
- 5 cables for cameras
- 2 bumper cameras
- rear view camera
- 2 side mirrors with cameras
- front bumper
- 2 front door harness
- operating mode switches with camera button
- wires from TRSVC to CIC, BDC and rear distribution box

ACC + KAFAS (lane departure). ACC require KAFAS to function
- ACC module
- ACC bracket
- lower center grill
- wire from ACC to ICM and JBE
- ICM module
- DSC module
- wires from KAFAS to ICM, ZGM and JBE
- KAFAS2 module
- KAFAS2 camera
- cable from KAFAS camera to module
- Heating wire for KAFAS camera
- Windshield
- Rear view mirror
- Rear view mirror trim
- Wire duct for KAFAS

Blind Spot
- 2 rear radar modules (1 salve, 1 master)
- 4 wires from slave to master module
- 2 wires from master module to ground and rear distribution box
- 2 wires from master module to ZGM
- 2 door harness that support blind spot
- 2 side mirrors for blind spot

It really depend on your vehicle’s option. If you have SLI (speed limit info), you won’t have to retrofit KAFAS2. You may still have to replace the clock spring, control unit in steering wheel, add vibrating motor, button to enable/disable it
