What part of Florida are you in? I'm in the SWFL area but moving to Tampa in a couple of months...

I have had such a struggle trying to find someone to machine and weld out the maf section of pipe.
I have messaged bad black multiple times about just purchasing his maf adapter piece of pipe and even made comments and shout outs in threads and he refuses to even acknowledge me.

Which I half expected because he's selling a 1000 dollar kit knowing full well that it is just that one piece that makes it valuable.
And side note I am completely not bashing the products sound or performance. It looks sick, it sounds sicker, and is way better then the arm or anything else.

But because so many people have bailed on me and won't machine and weld it, I went out and bought a welder n other items.
Now I did spend more then maybe buying one off n63intake.com but, I'll have the ability to weld and machine parts and do my xpipe and exhaust ...and provide a considerably less expensive option for lower expendable income n63 owners who want to b able to mod still.

Moved to Florida, got new motor n turbos breaks radiator , new rims n tires since I started this diy so I apologize I been busy but back to it tonight and will be progressing fully next couple days.
Anyone in Florida btw ?

is this a hard plastic type material or a flexible rubber like material? I didn't see any screw holes to hold down the MAF and keep it from working it's way out either.

Don't give advice if your not educated on topics in the forum guys!!

Sir I never mean to bash you or produce you selling.
Coming for the guy who bought multiple cars on auction with same issue referring to Hydrolock.
You sir would be Lying if you think there is no chance for car to suck water trough intake a specially when intake is exposed like this.

Clearly you havent seen the C63s intake design compared to Sergy/MSR/Creynolds intake design. You should do some research before you post.

The C63 has an intake design flaw

Show me an article, link, or whater where an N63 has hydrolocked from a grill mounted intake setup??

You come up in here with these uncredible N63 intake probable hydrolock claims, no evidence to argument your case other than ignorant/lame jaw jacking followed by a lame video post of a stock airboxed M177 4.0 powered W205 C63 hydrolocked, which everyone is well aware of the airbox design flaw and try to say it will happen to an N63/N63tu.

You can ask sergey... he is getting upset because someone else is selling a much cheaper intake system. The system is almost done. We are working on the final touches and with big ideas ahead. For now is just the maf adapter, but Wait for a whole system in the near future. I just want to say that is sounds amazing and sounds like im getting banned as well because of a shty guy who doesn't like competition. Thanks

Is high heat resistant hard plastic. Has the exact same shape as stock air box.

Garage List
@ Creynolds ,
i know this is a old thread but if you're still looking to eliminate the air box and replace it with a 3" connector that holds our MAF sensors i found what you're looking for on ebay for $30 each . I seen some guy on ebay sell 2 Kn&n filters and 2 maf sensors connectors and call it a cold air intake and charge $499 for it , so I started to look around on ebay see what other cars use similar sensors as ours since they have a weird design and the holes where it screws in are off-sided. Anyhow I found someone selling something that looked similar for chevy , i asked him for measurements and it was a boohyahhh moment because it seem to line up perfectly so I bought 2 and got lucky . basically i made the same setup the other guy wanted $500 for and it cost me $200 , depending on what air filters you want it can be as low as $100 . I have a 2011 BMW 750 Msport with the N63 motor same as the 550i , X5 etc ..look up my garage and you will see the pics how it came out and if you're still looking for the 2 adapters then click on the link below I posted and it will take you to ebay ... hope this helped ...

i used the same type of 3" extendable tube to bring cold air into the intakes...

I am a firm believer if you can find a great deal that didn't cost shit you should share it for free with your fellow enthusiasts ...
and here is the same setup for 5x as much:
